Guess The DOL’s Updated 2024 H&W Rates

The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division is expected to announce the new Health and Welfare (H&W) rates for fringe benefits under the Service Contract Act (SCA) in the coming weeks. These H&W rates determine an employer’s fringe benefit obligation to employees working on SCA-covered contracts.

 

In anticipation of this announcement, GSA National is adding some fun to this year’s H&W rate increases by announcing a “Guess the H&W Rates” contest. The contest is open to team members at government contractors working in benefits, human resources, finance, contracting, or any other department that supports employees working on SCA-covered contracts. The contest participant with the closest overall guesses will win a free 60-minute SCA 101 webinar for their organization AND GSA National will make a donation in their name to a Non-Profit Agency working with AbilityOne contracts.
