President & Chief Financial Officer

Matt Rose is the President and Chief Financial Officer at GSA National with over 18 years of progressive accounting and audit experience. He is responsible for business development, operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, risk management, internal controls, DOL and IRS filing assistance, compliance audits, Trust and treasury services, procurement, and other strategic initiatives. Before GSA National, Matt worked in the public accounting sector as an auditor of employee benefit plans, government contractors, and real estate firms while at Aronson LLC, now Aprio LLP. Additionally, Matt was an accounting and audit supervisor at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board in Washington, DC for over 6 years. Matt is a West Virginia University graduate, Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Information System Auditor.

Chief Growth Officer

Vanessa Quiñones is the Chief Growth Officer at GSA National with over 22 years of business development and sales experience. She is responsible for driving the overall growth of the company. The role is strategic, focusing on identifying and implementing growth opportunities across various aspects of the business including sales, marketing, client development and customer experience. Her key responsibilities are strategy development, cross-functional leadership, customer experience and market expansion. Vanessa serves as the primary point of contact for client management and is responsible for resolving all business-level issues. Vanessa is bilingual (English & Spanish).

Senior Director of Financial Operations

Emily Davis is the Senior Director of Financial Operations at GSA National, bringing more than 15 years of experience across audit, financial reporting, and regional finance leadership. In this role, she supports financial operations, internal controls, and finance initiatives focused on reporting, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Before joining GSA National, Emily was Regional CFO for Accretive Insurance Solutions’ Specialty Services Region, where she partnered across multiple teams to implement new processes, promote consistent reporting, and support regional controls. She began her career in public accounting, specializing in audits of government and nonprofit organizations. Emily is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lead Counsel

Lauren Fischer serves as GSA’s inhouse counsel. Lauren has more than 10 years of ERISA/employee benefits experience, much of which has focused on benefits-related compliance and regulatory matters, including the SCA and DBA. Prior to joining GSA, Lauren was Staff Counsel at Locke Lord, LLP in the ERISA/Employee Benefits practice, served as Managing Director of a benefits administration software business working with Third-Party Administrators and Insurance Brokers to ensure the software’s ongoing compliance with COBRA, Section 125 plans, and other regulatory compliance requirements. She also worked at NFP, Inc. as Vice President, Benefits Compliance. Lauren has a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.

Director of Operations

Christina DeAcetis has an extensive background in Human Resources, Benefits, HRIS Systems/Reporting and SCA Compliance. In her role as Director of Operations, she leads her team in managing clients in Benefit Administration as well as SCA Compliance. As a Benefit Information Manager and Specialist, Christina is an internal trainer on processing and systems, implementation for current and new clients, and continued client support.
